Mother’s Day 2023 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions: ⁠⁣

1. By entering the competition, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. The giveaway runs from the 1st May to the 10th May 2023
3. Entrants must be over 18 and NZ residents or citizens.
4. Customers can enter this competition on the Westgate Shopping Centre Facebook page
5. To be eligible to win, the winner must have tagged someone on the post and commented their favourite item from the Mother’s Day Gift Guide. They must be following Westgate Shopping Centre on Facebook.
6. One prize winner will receive: 1x $1000 Westgate Shopping Centre voucher, valid for one year, redeemable at all participating stores – see list of participating stores here: https://westgate.kiwi/gift-cards/
7. Customers can only enter once per person. Multiple entries will not be counted.
8. The prize winner will be drawn on Wednesday 10th May 2023, at 3pm. The winner will be notified by Facebook message. If the winner is not contactable via Facebook message within two days of being notified, there will be a redraw. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. This competition is run by NZRPG Limited, trading as Westgate Shopping Centre.
10. NZ Retail Property Group will not transfer, refund or redeem the prize for cash.
11. The competition is not available to employees of NZ Retail Property Group or its agencies.
12. NZ Retail Property Group will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or expense resulting from the use of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. Prize winner agrees to their first name and photograph being used for promotional purposes.
