Be In To WIN $500 Worth of Fuel

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry and NZ residents or citizens.

Entry Period: The entry period for the giveaway runs from 9:00am on Friday, 24th April 2026 – 5:00pm on Friday, 22nd May 2026. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must upload a copy of their receipt, fill out an entry form, and press submit. Each participant is entitled to one entry per valid transaction, defined as a single receipt of $50 or more spent at a participating retailer. Each receipt may only be submitted once.

Participating Retailers: All retailers located within Westgate Shopping Centre.

Prizes: There are four prizes to be won, with each winner receiving 1x $500 fuel voucher from Z Energy. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing fuel voucher provider.

Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period. One winner will be drawn on the Friday of each week across a total of 4 weeks.

Notification: The winner will be contacted directly by Westgate Shopping Centre via the contact information provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Claim: To claim the prize, the winner must provide proof of identification. The winner must collect the prize from the NZRPG Management Office in Westgate Shopping Centre.

Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to allow Westgate Shopping Centre to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Eligibility Exclusions: Purchases made using Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services, including but not limited to Afterpay or Laybuy, will not be eligible for entry into this competition. To qualify, purchases must be paid in full at the time of transaction.

General Conditions:

This competition is run by NZRPG Limited, trading as Westgate Shopping Centre.

The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash

NZRPG Limited will not transfer, refund, or redeem the prize for cash.

Westgate Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Westgate Shopping Centre, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

The competition is not available to employees of NZRPG Limited or its agencies.

NZRPG Limited accepts no responsibility for any reduction in the utility or value of the prize arising from fuel price movements, supply shortages, government-imposed restrictions, network availability, card expiry, or any other circumstance beyond NZRPG Limited’s control. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize. NZRPG accepts no responsibility for vouchers that are lost, stolen, or damaged once awarded. The prize is non-transferable to another person.

Limitation of Liability: Subject to the winner’s consent, Westgate Shopping Centre and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Governing Law:

The giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

Privacy:

Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
